Hmong Village-Tham Vieu Ke-Nan Province

Shirley and Francis Keck, H. I. M., were brought up to date on what has been going on in this village since their last visit. The Hmong gentleman speaks very good English and they enjoyed a very long discussion on the progress the church is making. He showed them the area where they plan to build a small building.

Like most Hmong, this gentleman and the other men in the village are hillside farmers. They raise fruit trees and vegetables as cash crops and for their food. Most also raise chickens and pigs to feed their families.

H.I.M. was here at Tham Vieu Ke in Febraury 2006 with Seng Herr, a H.I.M. associate. H.I.M. had three Hmong teams from the U.S. serve here in 2001 and 2002. H.I.M. associates have served here several times over the past 6 years.
